Problem Note 61237: You cannot add a subject to a case after you apply Hot Fix T72008 to SAS® Enterprise Case Management
You might encounter the following servlet-exception error in the user interface when you try to add a subject to a case:
This problem occurs after you apply Hot Fix T72008 for SAS Enterprise Case Management 6.3 (TS1M0).
You might also see the following error from the SASServer8 server log:
09:37:27,418 | ERROR | [[jsp]] | Servlet.service() for servlet jsp threw exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP:
To work around this issue:
- Open the searchForParties.jsp file that resides in the SAS-configuration-directory\Lev1\Web\WebAppServer\SASServer8_1\sas_webapps\sas.solutions.casemgmt\cpb\.
- Delete the first 4 lines (shown below):
